Do you provide linens?
Bath towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are provided. We also have beach towels available for use! Is it 'kid' friendly?
We provide a Pack 'n Play for your baby to sleep in, a high chair for meal times, and a stroller to take on walks or take to the amusement parks. We also have a safety fence for the pool, and our house alarm beeps whenever an outside door is opened to alert you that a child may be leaving the house. Back to top >>

How do I reserve my dates?
Check to make sure the dates you want are available on the correct house calendar under the 'Availability' page. If your dates are open, please send us an email using the 'Contact' page. We will then contact you with the total amount, and if you decide to book with us, send us another email that the dates and amount are acceptable. We will then send you a booking form and the terms and conditions, along with a PayPal invoice for the reservation deposit. The final payment is due 30 days before your stay. Please note: your dates are not held for you until we receive your reservation deposit. Back to top >>

What is the cancellation policy?
Twelve or more weeks prior to the arrival date: full refund of amount paid. Less than 12 weeks prior to the arrival date: the amount paid minus the reservation deposit will be refunded. A refund of the reservation deposit will only be issued if a replacement reservation is found. Back to top >>

When will I get the keys?
First, your payment is received and processed. Then, approximately 2 weeks before your stay, you will receive two emails: one with directions and another email with codes. Our front door and alarm system is electronic, so you will only need to know your codes to get in the house. Please read the instructions carefully to avoid any surprises with the alarm system. Can I swim in the winter months?
Usually, the water is fairly chilly in the winter months. You can request the pool to be heated. Due to the high cost of heating the pool, this will be an additional charge. Florida can get chilly in the winter months, sometimes even in the thirties! If you keep the cover on the pool when not in use (but Please Don't Ever swim with the cover on!!) that can help keep the water warm. About the best a pool heater can do is get the water temperature 70 degrees Farenheit during a cold spell. Back to top >>

Can I bring pets?

Can I smoke?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the house. Back to top >>
